PokerStarts to Buy FullTilt?

Here's a brief article from the Wall Street Journal implying that Poker Stars might be buying FullTilt Poker. I would welcome that as it combines my two favorite poker sites into one that is hopefully run with more integrity. No mention of what happens to the still owed player's funds.
